职责描述 1. 功能安全开发落地 - 基于 ISO 26262（Part 4/5/6）开展系统/硬件/软件相关的功能安全活动，重点负责 ECU 系统级功能安全设计、TSR 的分解/分配/追溯，并推动软硬件落地； - 负责 ECU 系统级安全机制及安全概念/措施的策划、分析、定义与落地实施，输出可追溯的安全证据链。 2. 芯片安全机制应用 - 深度解读主流车规芯片（MCU、SoC、PMIC、eFuse 等）安全手册（Safety Manual），提取安全机制清单并完成适用性分析； - 完成芯片安全机制的初始化条件、运行条件、报警路由、故障响应措施的工程化落地； - 建立芯片安全机制到系统安全需求的映射关系，识别 AoU（使用假设）并逐条落实，闭环验证并证据化。 3. 安全分析 - 开展 FTA、DFA、DFMEA 等系统安全分析，建立安全分析与安全需求的追溯； - 维护 SPFM / LFM / DC 等 FMEDA 相关的硬件架构度量指标，支撑 ASIL 等级论证。 4. 跨团队协同 - 协同测试部门及软硬件开发部门，参与设计故障注入测试方案，支撑安全需求的验证闭环； - 与芯片原厂（Infineon / Renesas / NXP / 高通等）开展安全资料对接与协同设计； - 配合软件、硬件、系统、测试团队完成安全需求闭环与评审。

--- 任职要求 1. 5 年以上汽车电子 ECU 开发经验，其中至少 2 年功能安全落地经验；有 ASIL D 量产项目经验（尤其是电源分配/执行器控制/底盘或车身控制）优先。 2. 全日制本科及以上，电子电气/车辆工程/自动化/计算机等相关专业；英语流利者优先。 3. 熟悉 ISO 26262 并能在项目中实际交付：安全需求分解与追溯、确认措施配合、独立性要求理解、Safety Case 证据准备与闭环。 4. 能主导 DFMEA / FTA 并推动整改；理解 SPFM / LFM 与 PMHF 的达成路径，能组织硬件团队与供应商提供必要输入并完成评审把关。 5. 熟悉高边/低边驱动、智能保险丝（eFuse）、PMIC、SoC、MCU 等器件安全手册与应用。 6. 思维逻辑清晰，沟通表达流畅，具备较好的分析与问题解决能力。 7. 能在跨团队协作中推动落地，具备对接第三方审核的材料组织、技术澄清与问题整改闭环能力。
