1. 负责共享家充业务的整体运营规划，制定阶段性的业务目标、增长策略和运营节奏，推动业务从 0 到 1 落地并持续迭代 2. 搭建共享家充的用户运营体系，包括车主端（需求侧）和桩主端（供给侧）的双边运营策略，推动渗透率提升与活跃用户增长 3. 对接外部合作方，推进共享家充合作协议签署、技术对接、业务规则落地等全流程，管理合作方日常运营关系 4. 建立共享家充业务的指标体系与数据看板，定期输出经营分析报告（收入、毛利、渗透率、活跃度等），通过数据驱动业务决策与策略优化 5. 关注共享充电、V2G、私桩共享等行业趋势，持续探索新的业务模式和盈利机会，持续迭代及拓展共享家充业务

1. 本科及以上学历，专业不限 2. 3 年以上互联网或新能源行业运营经验，有从 0 到 1 业务搭建或平台型运营经验者优先 3. 熟悉新能源充电行业，了解家用充电桩的产品形态、用户场景和商业模式，对共享经济 / 平台型业务有认知 4. 具备较强的数据分析能力，能独立搭建指标体系 5. 优秀的跨部门沟通与资源整合能力，能推动复杂项目在多方协作下落地上线 6. 英语可作为工作语言者优先
