1. 负责汽车研发阶段各类非生产性采购业务全流程推进，核心覆盖研发专用设备仪器、试制试验设备台架、研发造型模型 /RP样件/ 试制样件（软模/硬模）、研发人力外包 等品类，保障研发项目节点按期交付。 2. 对接各需求部门，精准拆解采购需求，确认设备参数、样件制作标准、人力资质要求及交付周期，输出合理/合规采购方案，协调解决跨部门对接问题。 3. 主导对应品类的供应商开发筛选、准入评估、资源库搭建；制定品类策略，按计划完成定点、定价、合同签署、验收推进、履约协调等工作；搭建对应品类的成本模型等。 4. 快速响应研发领域紧急采购需求，协调解决交付延期、质量偏差、人员适配等异常问题，配合车型迭代、试验试制等阶段性研发工作。 5. 维护采购台账与项目档案，完成采购数据统计复盘，持续优化采购流程，落实降本增效目标。

1. 本科及以上学历，0-2 年以上车企研发采购相关工作经验，熟悉汽车研发全流程。 2. 精通研发设备、模型样件、研发人力 类采购业务，了解对应品类特性、成本构成及市场行情。 3. 可独立推进采购全流程，具备较强的需求拆解、商务谈判、成本管控与问题解决能力，能承接定制化、紧急类采购需求。 4. 熟悉采购合规管理制度，熟练使用办公软件，工作严谨务实，抗压能力强，具备良好的跨部门沟通协同能力。
