1、负责机器人/具身智能场景下端侧数据采集系统架构设计与落地，支撑相机、雷达、IMU、关节状态、控制指令、日志、状态流等多源异构数据的稳定采集； 2、设计并实现端侧数据落盘、缓存、压缩、切片、索引、时间戳对齐、断点续传和实时/准实时回传能力，保障采集链路的可靠性、完整性和可追溯性； 3、负责端侧数据质量检测能力建设，包括数据完整性、时序一致性、传感器状态、丢帧、延迟、异常值、文件损坏等问题的识别与上报； 4、参与定义端侧数据格式、目录规范、元数据协议、采集任务协议和云端接入接口，推动端云数据链路标准化； 5、与机器人软件、算法、数据平台、采集运营团队协作，支持低精度人体采集、机器人真机采集、众包采集等多类采集任务落地； 6、负责端侧数采系统的稳定性、性能和资源占用优化，解决弱网、断网、存储受限、算力受限、长时间运行等复杂环境下的工程问题； 7、参与端侧数采工具链、调试工具、回放工具和问题定位能力建设，提升采集、排障和数据闭环效率。

1、 计算机、自动化、电子、机器人、车辆工程等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、具备扎实的 C++/Python/Linux 系统开发能力，熟悉多线程、异步 IO、网络通信、文件系统、性能调优和稳定性建设； 3、熟悉机器人、自动驾驶或嵌入式系统中的数据采集链路，有传感器数据接入、端侧落盘、数据回传或车端/机器人端日志系统经验； 4、熟悉 Camera、LiDAR、IMU、GPS/RTK、CAN、串口、以太网等一种或多种传感器或通信数据的采集与处理； 5、理解多源数据时间同步、时间戳对齐、数据切片、数据完整性校验、异常检测等关键问题，并具备实际工程经验； 6、熟悉 Linux 环境下的问题定位和性能分析工具，具备较强的线上问题排查、系统调优和长期稳定运行保障能力； 7、具备良好的架构设计能力和跨团队协作能力，能从采集任务、数据质量、云端消费和算法训练需求出发设计端侧数采方案。 加分项 1、有自动驾驶量产数采、机器人真机数采、车端数据闭环或大规模设备数据回传经验； 2、熟悉 ROS/ROS2、DDS、Cyber RT、Apollo、AUTOSAR Adaptive 或机器人/智驾中间件； 3、有视频流、图像、点云、时序状态流等多模态数据采集、编码、压缩、封装和回放经验； 4、熟悉对象存储、消息队列、边缘计算、OTA、设备管理、远程诊断等端云协同体系； 5、有端侧数据质量平台、采集任务管理、众包采集、数据回灌或仿真回放相关经验。
