The posting

岗位职责： 1、基于整车动力学，主导搭建底盘SIL/HIL仿真测试环境，完成VMC，制动，转向，悬架独立和联合仿真，制定集成测试用例、DVP&R计划，覆盖正常工况、极限工况、单/多系统失效工况验证，输出集成和验证报告。 2、负责底盘电控系统（制动、转向、悬架，VMC等）的整车级功能需求分析，完成整车运动控制域软件系统集成方案设计，主导将整车级功能分解为系统级、部件级技术规范，涵盖功能安全、诊断及OTA需求。 3、主导底盘台架与整车实车联调闭环，协同开发团队完成VMC，制动，转向，悬架的控制优化，解决车辆操控稳定性、平顺性、转向手感、制动响应、悬架姿态协调等整车功能问题。 4、负责整车级故障诊断集成：统一UDS诊断服务、DTC故障码定义、故障降级逻辑，处理制动/转向/悬架单点失效、多系统耦合失效下VMC安全降级策略开发与验证。 5、负责CAN//Ethernet车载网络数据库设计与维护，统筹VMC、制动、转向、悬架ECU信号路由、周期、报文冲突优化。 6、 跨团队协同与问题闭环：对接系统、软件算法、硬件、标定、测试、零部件供应商，拉通需求、开发、验证全流程，闭环底盘集成类软硬件耦合问题。

岗位要求： 1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、控制工程、自动化、机电一体化、电子工程等相关专业。 2、3年及以上汽车底盘电控软件系统集成经验，完整参与至少1个量产底盘电控项目，具备从概念到SOP的全流程经验；同时熟悉制动、转向、悬架三大电控系统者优先。 3、持有有效驾照，可支持试车场试验。 4、专业核心能力 -VMC整车运动控制：精通横/纵/垂三向融合控制原理，熟悉VMC统筹制动、转向、悬架协同控制架构，了解车身动力学基础理论。 -精通车载通信：CAN/CAN FD、DBC、UDS诊断、CANoe/CANape总线工具，能独立完成信号交互、总线冲突排查。 -建模/开发：精通MATLAB/Simulink/动力学仿真软件（如CarSim），熟悉C/C++/Python。 -熟悉HIL台架、MIL/SIL仿真、能独立编写集成测试用例、DVP验证方案。
