The posting

1. 负责海外质量业务相关流程、制度及运营机制的设计、落地与持续优化，推动海外质量工作与公司质量体系、海外业务战略的对接；梳理海外质量业务场景，识别关键运营痛点，制定标准化运营方案并推动闭环。 2. 负责海外质量核心指标（KPI/OKR）体系的搭建、监控与运营，确保指标对齐部门及质量中心战略目标；定期评估指标达成情况，输出绩效分析结论，推动绩效改进与资源优化。 3.负责年度/季度事业计划、重点项目的策划、分解与落地跟踪，保障关键目标按期达成；负责 OKR 制定、复盘、跟踪与闭环，推动目标达成过程可视、可度量、可改进。 4.建立海外质量运营数据看板与分析模型，定期输出运营日报/周报/月报及专项分析报告；基于数据洞察识别业务风险与改进机会，为管理层决策提供数据支持。 5. 负责与公司运营、海外运营、区域特战队、研发、制造、售后等相关部门的对接协调，推动跨部门项目高效落地；建立并维护常态化沟通机制，确保信息对齐、问题快速响应与闭环。 6. 负责质量例会、专题会及复盘会的策划、组织与材料准备，确保会议高效、决议可落地；跟进会议决议执行情况，督办落地闭环。 7. 负责海外质量相关预算的编制、执行监控与成本分析，提升资源使用效率；定期输出预算执行报告，识别偏差并提出改进建议。 8. 负责关键节点、重点项目及质量事件的复盘与改进，沉淀方法论与最佳实践；推动复盘结论转化为可执行举措，跟踪改进效果。 9. 参与质量与安全中心整体运营策划，支持部门级重点项目、文化建设和组织效率提升；协助完成部门内部流程、文档及知识沉淀工作。

1.本科及以上学历，汽车、数据分析等相关专业优先。 2.具有质量管理、运营策划、项目管理、数据分析或海外业务相关实习经历者优先。 3.在校期间参与过学生组织、社团运营、项目策划或跨团队协作项目者优先。 4.熟悉常用办公软件（Word、PPT、飞书文档/多维表格等）,了解 SQL、Power BI 或 Tableau 者优先，具备良好的文档撰写与汇报材料制作能力。 5.了解质量管理基础概念（如 ISO 9001、PDCA、5Why 等）或运营改善工具者优先。 6.英语流利，具备良好的书面及口头沟通能力，可作为海外业务沟通工作语言；掌握第二外语（如马来语、印尼语、德语等）者优先。
