1. 设备日常运维：编订、完善总装厂内设备维护基准书，监督维保项目的落地执行；对设备TPM工作要点进行指导、识别处理设备潜在故障风险； 2. 设备故障诊断：当总装厂内产线设备发生故障时，根据设备故障现象和故障信息，主导分析判断故障原因、提出解决方案并组织实施，降低设备故障停机时长。 3. 设备性能保障：参与总装厂内新设备导入、设备改造调试工作，确保设备安装调试符合工艺要求；结合生产工艺需求，对标评估现有设备性能、制定优化方案并主导实施，提高设备的运行效率和稳定性。 4. 设备资料管理：将总装厂内设备技术难点进行消化并转化输出设备基础知识、设备操作规程、维修标准作业书等技术文档；对设备维保、调试过程中的关键数据进行整理记录，确保设备运行周期的数据档案完整。 5. 设备技术培训：根据总装厂内设备维修与操作的岗位要求及培训计划，对设备维修人员和操作人员进行培训和指导，确保相关人员正确使用设备并掌握基本的设备维护知识，提升设备团队技术能力。

1. 教育与专业：大专及以上学历，机械、自动化相关专业； 2. 工作经验：三年及以上总装设备安装调试、维护等相关工作经验，熟悉涂胶、加注系统设备尤佳； 3. 职业素养：具备高度的责任意识，良好的团队沟通协作能力、任务执行能力、应急处理能力，较强的组织、分析总结能力; 4. 技术要求：熟练使用办公软件、西门子博途软件，熟练掌握S7-1500系列PLC编程与问题分析，熟悉各种传感器、变频器、伺服控制器等应用控制，了解气动原理应用；
