1. 前期成本管控：负责海外项目成本测算、建模，编制投资估算、概算、预算；参与设计经济性优化，落实限额设计。 2. 招标造价管理：编制工程量清单、招标控制价；负责清标评标，统筹并审核第三方造价咨询成果。 3. 现场动态控本：审核工程变更、签证及进度款，建立台账；动态监控项目成本，完成偏差预警与纠偏。 4. 结算与体系建设：负责竣工结算审核、争议处理；开展成本复盘，搭建造价指标库，完善造价管理制度与标准化流程。 5. 配合合同审核、资金计划等相关工作，完成上级交办任务。

任职要求 1. 学历专业：本科及以上，土建/工程管理/造价、机电/暖通/电气等相关专业。 2. 工作经验：10年以上基建造价经验，5年以上海外基建经验；熟悉海外计价、国际招投标规则，欧亚、南美项目经验优先。 3. 证书语言：持一级注册造价工程师证书优先；英语流利可作为工作语言，会西语、德语加分。 4. 专业能力：精通造价全流程编审，熟悉施工工艺与市场价格；具备成本建模、风险管控、咨询单位管理及体系搭建能力。 5. 优先经验：有产业园、制造业厂房、汽车工厂基建造价经验，熟悉FIDIC合同者优先。 6. 其他：严谨负责、沟通谈判能力强，能接受出差海外驻场；熟练使用造价软件，懂BIM造价优先。 加分项 1. 有汽车厂焊装、总装、涂装特殊厂房造价经验； 2. 甲方基建成本体系搭建经验； 3. 精通BIM造价、造价信息化系统建设。
