The posting

负责海外工厂公用动力、机电安装专业全周期工程管理，统筹暖通、给排水、动力、电气、公用配套系统的规划、设计、施工及交付，保障工厂公用动力系统稳定、合规、按期落地，支撑海外工厂生产运营。 核心职责 1. 专业规划与设计管控：审核机电、公用动力系统工艺提资，编制工厂公用动力整体规划方案；开展机电图纸会审、设计优化，符合海外建设规范及生产工艺要求。 2. 招采技术管理：编制机电、公用动力专业招标技术文件，参与供应商考察、技术交流及招投标工作。 3. 施工现场管控：负责暖通、给排水、压缩空气、动力系统、机电安装工程的进度、质量、施工过程管控与现场协调。 4. 验收交付管理：统筹机电专业调试、验收、整改、结算及质保全流程工作。 5. 配合海外项目合规、风险管控及总部各项汇报工作。

1. 全日制本科及以上，机电、暖通、给排水、热能动力、建筑环境设备等相关专业； 2. 6年以上工厂公用动力、机电安装建设管理经验，有海外基建经验优先； 3. 熟悉暖通、给排水、动力、燃气、压缩空气等公用动力系统原理、设备及施工规范； 4. 熟练使用CAD，具备图纸审核与优化能力，精通工业机电工程建设标准； 5. 沟通协调能力强，抗压性高，具备独立推进项目能力； 6. 常驻海外项目现场工作；具备英语日常工作沟通书写能力。 7. 持有国家一级注册建造师（建筑工程 / 机电工程）资格证书；持有 PMP、IPMP 等国际项目管理认证者优先。
