1、统筹新能源汽车交付体系标准化运营，核心负责交付全链路流程搭建、标准落地与关键节点执行一致性管控； 2、依托数据分析结合 AI 工具挖掘业务痛点，输出流程优化方案； 3、具备基础财税常识，配合交付中心开票相关基础业务协同工作； 4、搭建并迭代交付标准化流程体系，监督各交付节点落地执行，保障全渠道交付操作标准统一； 5、搭建交付数据指标体系，开展多维度数据分析，善用 AI 工具提升数据处理、分析及报告输出效率，输出流程优化方案并推动落地； 6、协同一线、财务、税务，系统开发等跨部门团队，解决一线运营问题以及系统产品问题。

1、本科及以上学历，工业工程、车辆工程、工商管理、统计学、财务管理等相关专业优先； 2、3年以上新能源汽车交付运营、流程管理、业务数据分析相关工作经验，熟悉新能源整车完整交付业务链路； 3、核心能力要求 -流程洞察与优化能力：具备流程梳理、标准化体系搭建经验，擅长识别业务执行差异，推动全渠道执行统一，能主导开发推进系统工具及流程改善； -数据分析 + AI 应用能力：熟练使用表格函数、数据透视表、可视化图表，可独立完成多维度数据提取、分析；能够熟练运用各类 AI 工具辅助数据清洗、指标测算、报告撰写、问题归因；掌握相关数据分析工具优先，能够结合数据与 AI 结论定位业务问题并输出落地优化建议； 4、具备基础财务及税务常识，了解机动车销售开票基础逻辑； 5、工作细致、责任心强，对流程细节、数据误差敏感度高，规则意识突出； 6、逻辑清晰，具备优秀跨部门沟通、项目推动能力，能够持续跟进优化事项落地效果，适配交付业务波动节奏。

加分项： 1、有交付全流程 SOP 搭建、多门店交付标准化统筹落地经验； 2、具备利用 AI 工具实现数据提效、流程优化的落地案例； 3、独立搭建业务数据指标体系，拥有数据驱动流程优化落地成功案例； 4、熟悉新能源汽车上牌、金融、保险等配套交付流程规则。
