【岗位职责】 1、基于当前各基地物流业务运作需求及方向，负责外购件入厂物流及包装方案总体规划，包括运输模式、仓储及排序策略、包装标准等设计或协同，更新物流SOR相关细则及要求 ； 2、根据车型项目计划，拉动内外部门按节点计划完成入厂物流及包装相关工作，把控项目节点，识别处理异常点；根据业务变化，建立或更新相关流程，推进业务规范化、合规化； 3、负责新品包装量产导入，制定包装作业SOP、装配规范；对接生产、采购、仓储部门，优化包装用料结构，推进包装降本；统一全系机器人包装标准化，管控来料包装品质，处理量产包装破损、运输不良客诉问题； 4、项目量产后负责对前期规划业务进行复盘及分析，并不断优化改善；建立定点前后物流包装方案信息及成本台账，输出入厂物流模式及成本分析等报告，识别业务风险为物流模式推进决策提供依据； 5、负责包装方案设计、选型与优化，评估包装材料的性价比与适用性，建立包装成本数据库；梳理入厂物流各环节流程，建立物流成本核算模型，并持续迭代，推进成本测算线上化。

【任职要求】 1、本科及以上学历，物流工程、车辆工程、工业工程等相关专业优先； 2、3-5年乘用车主机厂入厂物流及包装规划工作经验，有机器人相关开发经验或者整车型开发到量产导入经验优先； 3、熟悉主机厂前期物流包装方案规划，至少参与过两项物流业务的成本核算工作（运输、仓储或包装）； 4、具备强烈的责任心、高执行力,具备良好的沟通能力、协调能力、团队合作能力;有较强的抗压能力； 5、熟练使用SolidWorks/Creo/UG三维建模、CAD二维制图，精通纸箱、EPE/EVA泡棉、蜂窝板、防静电材料、免熏蒸木架结构设计； 6、具备独立项目推进能力，抗压性强，善于沟通外协工厂；严谨细致，能复盘运输破损问题迭代优化方案，懂基础物料成本核算。
