岗位职责 - 负责机器人通用全身控制算法的架构设计、研发与落地，重点推动基于强化学习的全身控制能力建设， - 主导全身控制相关关键问题攻关，包括全身协调控制、接触交互、动作切换、复杂环境下任务执行、异常恢复与安全边界控制等方向， - 主导强化学习全身控制算法的训练、评测与迭代优化，持续提升算法在复杂真实场景中的稳定性、鲁棒性与泛化能力， - 与硬件、感知、规划、软件平台、测试等团队紧密协作，推动算法完成实机部署、联调与系统优化， - 面向产品化与量产目标，负责相关技术路线、阶段计划与落地方案制定，推动关键节点交付与能力持续迭代， - 作为该方向的核心技术专家或负责人，主导关键技术攻关，提升团队算法与工程能力。

岗位要求 - 机械、控制、机器人、自动化、计算机、人工智能等相关专业硕士及以上学历， - 理解机器人运动学、动力学及全身控制基本方法，具备较强的强化学习算法能力，熟悉深度强化学习在机器人控制中的训练、调参、评测与部署流程，能够结合具体问题进行技术选型与系统集成， - 具备复杂机器人系统从仿真开发到实机部署、调试和迭代优化的完整经验，能够在真实机器人系统上定位和分析控制、传感、执行器、通信或系统集成相关问题，并推动闭环解决， - 具备较强工程实现能力，熟练使用 C++ / Python，熟悉 PyTorch 等深度学习框架，能使用 legged_gym、Isaac Lab 或 mjlab 等开源训练框架开展训练、验证与部署调试， - 具备复杂技术项目主导经验，能够独立完成技术方案设计、问题拆解、风险识别和跨团队推进， - 有作为核心技术负责人、项目负责人或团队负责人推动关键技术攻关落地的经验者优先。

优先考虑 - 有基于强化学习的人形机器人行走（Locomotion）、上下肢协同控制（Loco-Manipulation），全身控制（WBC）相关经验， - 有 sim-to-real、策略泛化与数据闭环相关经验， - 有复杂接触场景控制、contact-rich manipulation、任务级动作执行等相关经验， - 有大规模训练平台、分布式训练、策略部署优化或仿真基础设施建设经验， - 有机器人控制、强化学习或人形机器人相关领域的高水平论文、开源项目，或在业界知名机器人项目中承担核心角色者优先。
