岗位职责： 1、负责上车体区域布置集成，制定满足法规、性能等要求的布置方案； 2、负责项目开发过程中布置方案或人机问题的统筹管理和推进解决； 3、负责对标车方案及人机尺寸分析，熟悉人机扫描及点云数据处理者优先； 4、负责组织整车人机工程、活动件操作便利性的主观评价； 5、负责3D、2D总布置图绘制，负责编写布置规范、人机规范及其他技术文件等。

任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程相关专业优先； 2、上车体布置集成或人机工程相关岗位1年以上工作经验，有新能源车型开发工作经验优先； 3、熟悉整车开发流程和相关设计规范； 4、熟练掌握主流设计软件 ； 5、较强的责任心和组织协调能力； 6、具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先。
