1. 场景理解力：1年以上ToB销售/BD经验，熟悉新零售、智慧文旅或工业自动化（如3C、新能源、汽车零部件等）领域，能精准洞察商业服务与工业制造场景的核心诉求差异。 2. 软硬件结合思维：具备综合解决方案思维，能将大模型交互、知识库定制、多模态感知、PLC对接及产线协同等技术语言，转化为客户易懂的商业价值与投入产出比。 3. 持续抗压能力：结果导向，自驱力强，能适应高频出差与项目交付压力，具备出色的跨部门协同与客诉解决能力。 4. 加分项：有商用服务机器人或工业机器人（如机械臂、AGV/AMR）相关从业经验者优先。
