1.大专及以上学历，电气、机械、自动化等相关专业； 2. 焊装机器人工程师5年以上工作经验，有整车厂焊装车间机器人调试工作经验，具备机器人离线仿真能力 3、熟练应用KUKA/ABB机器人的工艺应用和故障处理，具备程序编制和调试能力，熟悉硬件功能和报警故障的处理，对机器人工具侧的工艺应用熟悉，熟练应用FDS/SPR/涂胶等工艺应用 4、掌握和能够应用设备预防性维护管理知识，能够策划并带领团队开展课题改善，降低MTBF/MTTR等工作
