岗位职责： 1、负责海外售后问题信息的收集、整理与预分析； 2、负责驱动海外各类市场质量问题&抱怨的快速响应与立项改善； 3、作为海外车型担当角色，负责： - 海外车型整车质量表现监控与优先级问题识别并驱动问题立项改善 - 海外车型月度质量报告等各类报告的输出与呈报 - 海外各维度指标(过程指标/结果指标)的设立、监控与考核； 4、负责海外市场服务活动以及OTA发布后质量问题的驱动管理； 5、负责海外重大安全问题应对管理； 6、负责海外召回报备及其他当地政府问询应对工作； 7、作为品保部对海外业务的窗口，对所有涉海外业务的输出整体负责，并支持拉通推动其他未列海外市场质量业务的顺利推进。

任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，机械设计、车辆工程相关专业，具备良好的英语沟通能力； 2、3年以上市场质量工作经验，其中2年以上海外市场质量工作经验； 3、能熟练运用office等办公软件； 4、精通市场质量信息分析处理流程，具备质量信息的整体分析处理能力； 5、对市场重点问题能够有效拉通相关小组及部门进行分析改进； 6、熟练掌握市场质量指标（IPTV@nMIS）算法，并识别影响指标重点问题； 7、了解电动汽车及相关部件基本结构，拉通改进组对重点/多发问题进行总结，并输出后续重点推进方向建议。
