1.按照试验大纲，现场开展整车驾驶性、制动性能、转向操控、平顺性、K&C等整车级动态性能试验。 2.负责试验现场执行、点检开展、数据记录、试验数据整理。 3.负责试验中问题沟通与对接，协助工程师完成试验问题验证与闭环。 4.负责试验设备的日常点检，跟进仪器设备维修保养校准，现场5S整理。 5.对现场试验流程提出改善方案，并负责推动执行。 6.支持团队成员动态性能试验执行测技能培养。

1.大专及以上学历，拥有国内主流测试场地驾照，具备5年以上道路/试验场驾驶经验，如有4年以上现场带队经验优先。 2.熟悉市面上常见的测试设备和仪器，具备基本故障的应对与排查能力，能够最大化保障试验进度及测试有效性。 3.具备优秀的实操能力，能够独自完成相应的动态性能(R&H/制动/驾驶性)试验。 4.具备良好的客观数据处理/分析/挖掘以及主观评价能力，针对试验问题，能够基于主客观关联性，提出专业的整改意见或建。 5.要求工作认真仔细，有责任心，有良好的学习能力，可接受适当加班、出差安排。 6.具备AI意识，善于利用AI工具对数据进行总结。
