1、根据公司发展、年度经营计划及项目资金需求，制定中长期、短期融资计划； 2、制定可行的融资方案（银行贷款、ABS等），主导融资项目推进并落地； 3、动态监测融资余额、到期日、担保抵押情况；配合金融机构贷后检查，提前规划业务续期/展期，防范流动性风险； 4、开拓并维护银行、券商、基金等金融机构关系，建立多元化融资渠道； 5、对接各类贷款贴息补贴工作、协同完成月结、审计等工作； 6、完成交办的其他相关工作。

1、5年以上企业融资实操经验或银行对公从业经验，有国际融资经验加分；有独立主导过银行授信、项目贷款、债券发行等经验； 2、熟悉各类融资工具（流贷/固贷/项目贷/融资租赁/ABS/股权融资等）及金融机构内部审批与风控逻辑； 3、优秀的商务谈判与沟通协调能力，资源对接能力强，抗压能力好，能适应不定期出差； 4、本科及以上学历，金融、财务、经济学相关专业，英语流利，能作为工作语言，取得CFA、中级会计职称及以上的相关证书者优先。
