岗位职责 一、软件架构整体规划 - 梳理机器人整机及各子系统软件架构，制定架构优化目标与落地路径； - 推进软件平台化、模块化设计，搭建标准化软件平台，实现软硬件解耦，提升模块复用与扩展能力； - 负责各子系统软件架构设计、评审与质量管控，保障整机架构统一兼容。 二、基础软件模块开发与统一规划 - SoC 平台软件：Android/Linux/QNX 系统 BSP 开发与优化，内核/驱动、CPU/内存/存储/进程管理、平台稳定性与性能； - 通讯软件：EtherCAT 主站与协议栈、实时总线，以及 5G/WiFi/BT 连接栈； - MCU 基础软件：MCU 侧实时与底层基础软件； - 音频软件：拾音/发声/播放通路的音频软件开发与集成； - 屏幕/HMI 软件、OTA 升级。 三、整机软件集成与研发体系 - 承接整机软件集成，跨运控、导航、交互、遥操等模块定义接口、收敛版本、管控集成节奏； - 建设并维护软件工程底座（构建/CI/版本/OTA/接口标准）； - 梳理软件研发全生命周期流程，建立标准化开发规范，提升研发效率。 四、技术攻坚与团队建设 - 联动硬件、算法、嵌入式团队开展系统联调，牵头解决核心技术难题； - 负责架构、接口、流程等技术文档的编写与维护，建立统一评审与接口标准； - 搭建与培养软件团队，带好各模块负责人。

1. 本科及以上学历，8 年以上嵌入式/平台软件开发经验（汽车电子、消费电子、机器人、通信等相关行业），其中 3 年以上团队管理经验，带过 10 人以上软件团队； 2. 精通 C/C++/Python，熟悉 Linux/QNX/Android 嵌入式操作系统，对 Linux kernel、内核态/用户态及至少一个子系统（驱动/内存/网络/多媒体等）有深入理解； 3. 掌握分层、模块化、平台化架构设计思想，可独立完成复杂系统架构设计；具备较强架构评审能力，能识别架构风险、制定整改方案并推动落地； 4. 熟悉以太网通信协议，有 EtherCAT/实时总线或连接栈开发经验；理解 SoC/MCU/ARM 架构与硬软件界面，能与硬件团队对等协作； 5. 能在大型复杂软件中与更大的团队协同开发，跨模块、跨部门推进架构方案与接口规范落地，沟通协调能力强； 6. 逻辑清晰，善于梳理复杂问题、输出系统化方案，技术文档撰写能力良好。 加分项 - 机器人/人形本体、消费电子（手机/AIoT）平台软件背景； - 机器人/实时中间件（ROS2/DDS/EtherCAT 主站）、OTA 相关经验； - 熟悉 AUTOSAR AP/CP，掌握 ARM 架构及虚拟化技术； - 有大型软件架构完整项目落地及研发流程标准化经验。
