职位描述： 1、负责全主动软件开发，全主动软件规范、矩阵、诊断调查表等编制工作; 2、熟悉CAN总线、UDS诊断协议，会使用CANOE、CANAPE等工具进行实车及台架测试工作 3、负责全主动悬架(含油泵、减振器等)系统控制软件的算法设计开发，会使用Matlab/Simulink建模开发,了解Python等辅助语言; 4、负责整车全主动软件功能定义、调试开发工作; 5、负责全主动系统整车开发过程中问题原因分析、临时措施及永久措施制定，措施验证，实施修改、文件固化等(包含台架测试问题，包含试制问题、测试问题、产线问题及量产问题); 6、全主动台架搭建，测试用例编制，并进行整车功能验证; 7、负责项目开发过程中文件编制及交付工作; 8、负责全主动新技术开发，了解行业内全主动软件控制最新开发方向，参与新技术预研及专利申请，提升产品竞争力; 9、负责全主动及空簧相关软件领域材料编制、培训工作。

职位要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、控制工程、电子信息工程等相关专业； 2. 具备主动悬架控制控制算法开发经验，主导过1个以上量产项目开发； 3. 具备扎实的控制理论及车辆垂向动力学理论基础； 4. 精通使用各主流软件开发工具； 5.熟悉基于模型的软件开发流程，熟悉AUTOSAR相关标准规范； 6. 符合V模型的开发方式，能够完成软件从需求到验证所有环节的需求管理和验证工作； 7. 具备优秀的沟通和协作能力。
