1、负责机器人软件系统的研发质量问题管理，推动内部研发与外部供应商协同，完成Bug的按时有效闭环；具备复杂软硬件结合系统或大型分布式系统研发/质量管理经验者优先； 2、负责机器人整机系统联调、运动控制、通信协议一致性等系统级质量验证，确保软硬件集成稳定可靠； 3、负责建立并监控软件研发质量度量指标，分析质量弱项并驱动改进； 4、负责新项目软件质量保证计划的编制、评审与实施效果跟进，统筹自研敏捷迭代计划与外购软件交付周期的质量协同； 5、负责结合软件开发生命周期开展各阶段技术评审与阀门管理，识别自研开发与外购集成的系统风险，达成部门及公司发版过阀要求，持续优化研发效能与质量管理流程； 6、负责组织收集产线、售后等维度的历史质量问题，建立缺陷知识库，开展复盘活动，开展设计规避排查，从源头保障最终产品的稳定性与用户体验 7、负责监督项目按 Checklist 进行软件交付物评估的完整性（含自研架构设计、API文档、测试报告，及外购软件的验收标准合规性），组织全面风险评估及闭环管理。

职位要求 1、本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程、电子信息、通信工程等相关专业； 2、5年以上软件质量保证（SQA）、测试开发或软件工程效能相关工作经验； 3、熟悉现代软件工程与质量管理工具/框架 4、精通软件问题解决闭环方法论与代码扫描/测试工具，具备外购件黑盒验收与白盒审计能力； 5、具有较强的抗压能力、跨部门（及跨企业）协调沟通能力，具备前瞻性的体系化思维、较强的团队意识及责任感。
