1、2年及以上毫米波雷达开发经验，具备前装毫米波雷达开发经验，具备完整的汽车电子产品开发经验； 2、硕士及以上学历，博士优先； 3、能够以英文作为工作语言； 4、熟悉雷达原理、熟知毫米波雷达技术路径，对毫米波雷达关键器件有深入的研究，了解关键器件的行业发展趋势，精通关键指标以及测试方法，熟悉产业环境； 5、学习能力强，自我驱动力强，能够适应压力环境； 6、关注ADAS或者自动驾驶领域，了解行业基本知识及发展趋势； 7、熟知汽车电子开发流程，对可靠性设计有深入的研究和开发经验； 8、会开车者优先； 9、会使用CATIA优先。
