1. 整车标定与调校： 负责电控悬架系统（CDC连续可变阻尼、空气悬架、全主动悬架等）的整车级标定工作，与VD工程师一起持续优化车辆的平顺性（Ride）和操稳性（Handling），打造极致的驾乘体验。 2. 测试验证与执行： 制定并执行电控悬架系统的整车测试验证计划，完成包括封闭试验场及公共道路在内的各项测试（包含高寒、高温、高原等极限环境测试）。 3. 算法验证与优化： 与底盘控制算法团队及软件开发团队紧密配合，进行高级控制策略（如天棚/地棚控制、主动防侧倾/防俯仰、魔毯/预瞄控制等）的实车验证、问题排查与逻辑调优。 4. 数据采集与分析： 熟练搭建测试环境，负责车辆动态数据的采集、处理与深度分析，能够准确定位系统缺陷或性能瓶颈，并提出有效的工程解决方案。 5. 项目管理与文档发布： 撰写测试报告、标定总结，负责标定参数的版本管理与最终冻结发布，确保项目按节点高质量交付。

1. 教育背景： 本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械电子、自动化、控制理论与工程等相关专业。 2. 工作经验： 底盘电控系统（CDC、空悬）标定、测试或底盘主观评价/调校相关工作经验；有完整量产项目（SOP）经验者优先。 3. 专业知识： 具备扎实的车辆动力学基础，深刻理解底盘悬架系统的硬件结构、运动学特性及控制逻辑。 4. 工具技能： 熟练掌握标定及总线测试工具，如 Vector CANape, CANalyzer, INCA 等；熟悉 MATLAB/Simulink 数据分析者优先。 5. 驾驶技能： 具备优秀的驾驶技术，对车辆动态响应（垂向振动、侧倾、俯仰等）有极高的主观评价敏感度（持有主机厂/试验场高级驾驶资格证者优先）。 6. 综合素质： 具备极强的责任心和抗压能力，良好的跨部门沟通协调能力，能适应一定频率的出差（如冬夏季三高试验）。
