1、负责雨刮洗涤、内外后视镜的设计开发工作； 2、负责设计方案、断面、数据的审核，推动重大问题闭环； 3、主导DFMEA、DVP、技术标准、Checklist等文件的更新与完善； 4、主导新工艺、新技术的规划与落地； 5、指导团队解决各类质量问题。优先。

1、本科及以上学历，在外饰功能件领域（雨刮洗涤/内外后视镜系统）有1年及以上主机厂工作经验； 2、掌握雨刮洗涤、内外后视镜的技术标准和设计规范，对GB15084、GB15085有深入的理解； 3、熟悉功能件开发流程与生产工艺； 4、具备较强的组织协调能力、极强的责任心、高效的执行力和较强的抗压能力； 5、熟练使用主流设计软件和办公软件； 6、具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先。
