1. 数采项目运营：负责机器人数据采集项目的全流程运营（需求澄清→方案制定→排期→执行→验收→复盘），保障交付质量与进度； 2. 场景与任务拆解：将算法/产品需求转化为可执行的采集任务（场景、动作、覆盖度、难例、边界条件），形成标准化采集 SOP； 3. 采集资源与场地管理：统筹数采场地、设备、人员、排班与安全；管理多场地并行，提升资源利用率与周转效率； 4. 采集设备与工具链协同：与硬件/工具链团队协作，推动采集系统（传感器/标定/同步/回放/teleop/数据上传）稳定性与效率优化； 5. 数据质量管理：建立并维护数据质量指标体系（完整性、一致性、对齐、噪声、标注一致性、覆盖度），推动自动质检与抽检流程； 6. 闭环迭代：基于模型训练反馈（坏例、分布偏差、失败案例），持续优化采集策略与数据配比，形成“采集—训练—评估—再采集”闭环； 7. 供应商/外包管理：制定验收标准、培训与考核机制；管理外部采集团队交付与风险； 8. 知识沉淀与体系化建设：沉淀采集规范、模板、checklist、故障库与最佳实践，推动规模化复制；

1. 本科及以上学历，机器人、自动化、计算机、电子/机械、工业工程、数据科学等相关专业优先； 2. 3 年及以上数据采集/数据运营/实验运营/机器人测试运营相关经验；有人形机器人/自动驾驶/具身智能数据经验加分； 3. 熟悉多模态数据形态与流程：视频/深度/点云/IMU/关节状态/力矩/音频等；理解数据同步、标定、采样频率、时间戳等概念； 4. 具备强项目管理能力：排期、风险识别、跨团队协作推进、问题闭环（能把事推进并落地）； 5. 数据敏感度强：能用指标驱动质量改进；会做数据统计分析与报表（Excel/Sheets/SQL/脚本均可）； 6. 具备良好的现场运营能力：流程意识强、能处理突发、能带队执行与培训； 7. 责任心强、沟通清晰，能在不确定需求下快速对齐目标并产出可执行方案； 加分项 - 熟悉 teleop/示教/回放采集体系，了解常见控制链路与延迟/抖动问题； - 有数据闭环经验：难例挖掘、主动采样、分布监控、评测集构建； - 了解标注体系/数据治理（schema、本体、版本管理、数据追溯）； - 有供应商管理、众包/外包团队管理经验； - 能写自动化脚本（Python/Go/JS 任一）推动质检/流程自动化；
