岗位定位 你是把机器人"卖进真实场景"的人。小鹏机器人已独立为公司并完成融资，目标 2027 年底成为「中国机型 Number one」。我们需要的不是纯销售，也不是纯技术，而是能理解客户业务、能把机器人能力翻译成行业解决方案、能撬动渠道与伙伴一起把生意做起来的架构师型人才。 你将负责机器人从"能力"到"商业价值"的最后一公里：商业落地、场景探索、渠道开拓、伙伴开拓。

岗位职责 1. 负责商业场景探索，调研零售导购、展厅讲解、政务接待、教育科研、数据采集等垂直行业，识别高价值可规模化场景，输出商业化可行性判断。 2. 负责机器人业务商业落地，主导从需求洞察、解决方案设计、POC 验证到商务落地的全流程，输出可复制的行业解决方案。 3. 负责商业渠道开拓，开拓并管理行业渠道与集成商（ISV/SI），建立联合打单机制，推动伙伴基于开放平台/SDK 二次开发。 4. 负责合作伙伴开拓，拓展行业生态伙伴，推动机器人能力接入与场景共创，参与伙伴分层、权益设计与分成机制制定。 5. 跟踪机器人行业与竞品动态，沉淀商业方法论，提升场景商业化的可复制性与规模化价值。

任职要求 必备（Must Have） - 行业经验：5 年以上 ToB/ToG 业务经验，面向企业客户、政府客户或集成开发商，熟悉其采购决策链、项目制打法与商务流程 - 解决方案能力：能独立完成行业解决方案的设计与宣讲，有从需求到落地的完整项目经验（附案例） - 商业嗅觉：擅长用户需求洞察，对"客户为什么付费、场景能否规模化"有判断力，能算 ROI，能算单位经济模型 - 渠道/伙伴经验：有渠道开拓、集成商/ISV 管理、生态合作的实操经验 - 软素质：强自驱力、强沟通影响力（跨部门无直接管辖权推动协作）、结果导向

优先（Nice to Have） - 机器人/具身智能行业从业经验（人形/服务/工业机器人皆可） - 有零售导购、展厅、政务、教育、数据采集等垂直行业的客户资源或场景经验 - 熟悉机器人开放平台、SDK、二次开发生态 - 能理解技术边界（机器人能力上限、软件/硬件约束），与技术团队高效协作
