【岗位职责】 1、负责海外重大安全问题应对管理； 2、负责海外召回报备及其他当地政府问询应对工作； 3、负责海外市场重大问题流程机制建设，业务管理闭环； 4、负责驱动海外市场重大质量问题的快速响应与立项改善； 5、负责跟进召回问题汇报和完成率跟踪建设。 6、作为品保部对海外业务的窗口，对所有涉海外重大问题和机构应对业务的输出整体负责，并支持及时拉通国内重大问题横展处理顺利推进。

【任职要求】 1、本科及以上学历，机械设计、车辆工程相关专业，具备良好的英语沟通能力； 2、5年以上市场质量工作经验，其中2年以上海外市场质量相关工作经验； 3、能熟练运用office等办公软件； 4、精通市场质量信息分析处理流程，具备质量信息的整体分析处理能力； 5、了解电动汽车及相关部件基本结构，拉通改进组对重点/多发问题进行总结，并输出后续重点推进方向建议。
