1. 参与自动驾驶通信中间件（DDS）核心模块的设计与实现，包括发现、传输、QoS等； 2. 参与RTPS协议实现与性能优化，在低延迟、高吞吐场景下完成调优与问题定位； 3. 参与共享内存传输与零拷贝能力建设，提升端到端性能与资源利用率； 4. 负责单元测试、集成测试与性能基准建设，持续优化时延、抖动与内存占用； 5. 跟踪OMG DDS/RTPS/Security规范演进，在导师指导下完成专题预研； 6. 参与DDS通信诊断智能工具（含AI Agent）建设，提升值班问题定位效率。

1. 1-2年工作经验，计算机、软件、通信、自动化等相关专业； 2. 扎实的C/C++能力，熟悉C++11/14/17常用特性； 3. 理解操作系统与网络基础：线程/内存/IPC、TCP/IP、UDP单播与组播、Socket编程； 4. 熟悉Linux开发环境，具备基本调试与性能分析能力（如gdb、perf）； 5. 具备良好的工程习惯与协作能力（Git、测试意识、文档能力）。 加分项 1. 了解并实践过DDS/RTPS/SOME-IP等任一通信协议栈； 2. 有中间件、RPC、消息队列等系统软件开发经验（课题/实习）； 3. 有共享内存、零拷贝、无锁队列等高性能编程经验； 4. 参与过Fast-DDS、CycloneDDS、iceoryx等开源项目； 5. 有性能调优实战经验（perf、eBPF、valgrind等）。
