1、负责功率模块产品开发全生命周期管理，推进自研模块产品成熟度提升、项目阀点及交付目标达成； 2、负责功率模块设计目标拆解与成本评估、技术迭代，保证自研模块产品技术目标及成本目标达成； 3、负责功率模块DVP&R及OTS评审，推进模块相关开发问题关闭及设计变更管理； 4、主导功率模块团队能力建设、体系开发及文档建设，串联团队关键任务，激活全组提效。

1、本科及以上相关专业（微电子/半导体、电力电子、自动化、控制工程、电气工程、电机及汽车电子等相关专业）； 2、3年以上主机厂、功率模块厂车规级功率模块开发工作经验； 3、掌握功率模块、功率芯片特性及应用； 4、掌握功率模块工艺流程、可靠性要求及失效分析知识； 5、掌握新产品开发流程(APQP)和项目管理技能； 6、具备良好的职业素养、沟通能力、判断与决策能力。
