1、主导并能及时完成自动化项目的仿真、动画制作，包括需求沟通、方案理解、仿真制作、数据分析、动画展示等; 2. 完成产线生产状态的模拟验证，输出产线产能、瓶颈分析、设备利用率等相关仿真结果报告，提供工艺可行性方案及建议; 3、完成机器人选型、连接设备选型和模拟，为新工厂、新/改造产线的建设输出仿真报告和改进建议。 4、与机械设计工程师交流，对非标设备设计提供建议，夹具或非标设备干涉检查并反馈修改建议；

1. 本科及以上学历，工业工程、物流及相关专业； 2. 能熟练使用仿真软件，完成工厂及产线3D仿真; 3. 熟悉智能工厂，能够接受新知识，具有快速学习能力，抗压力强； 4. 有编程能力，能够进行二次开发，了解生产制造、仓储物流相关流程，熟悉物流与生产调度者优先考虑；
