岗位职责： 1、参与版本质量评审，质量问题推进及制定改进方案并持续改进，达成质量目标； 2、制定、优化软件测试流程规范，持续提升测试质量和效率。 3、对接部门外质量问题，把控质量进度快速关闭并识别和预防质量风险； 4、管理项目测试资产、测试预算，跟踪测试进度及风险，并及时推进风险解决。

1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，1年以上质量管理或软件测试工作经验； 2、熟悉安卓系统或车载嵌入式软件的相关知识，善于发现软件质量风险点； 3、较强的组织协调、沟通和分析能力、具有进取精神和独立解决问题的能力，有很强的推动力，能承受较大工作压力；
