1、预算与目标管理 1）作为 PMO 角色统筹备件部门整体预算，协助部门负责人完成年度预算计划，建立预算管控机制，实时追踪费用使用情况，确保预算合理高效使用 2）制定年度 / 季度备件业务战略目标，拆解并设立可量化考核体系，建立日常跟踪与复盘机制，保障业务目标达成 2、核心业务体系建设 1）建立并完善海外备件定价体系，搭建并维护海外备件定价数据库，确保定价策略的科学性与市场竞争力 2）主导新车型上市的备件全流程准备工作，包括备件清单梳理、库存规划、供应链准 备等，保障新车上市备件供应 3）负责备件团队数字化业务建设，主导备件管理系统的搭建、优化与升级，通过数字化手段提升业务运营效率 3、团队管理与协同 1）组织备件团队周 / 月度例会与高层工作汇报，建立问题跟进机制，推动待解决事项落地并生成可执行的行动方案 2）对内协调备件计划、采购、仓储、物流等各子团队业务资源，打破部门壁垒，提 升整体运营效率 4、行业洞察与能力建设 1）深度洞察汽车后市场及备件行业发展趋势，定期收集、分析行业信息，为团队提供战略输入与能力赋能 2）主导团队能力建设，结合业务需求与个人发展规划，制定针对性的培训与赋能计划，提升团队成员在备件策略、数据分析、数字化运营等方面的专业能力

1、本科及以上学历，供应链管理、汽车工程、机械类相关专业优先； 2、10 年以上工作经验， 5 年以上整车备件业务相关经验，3年以上备件策略、计划与运营管理经验，具备团队管理经验，有咨询公司或海外备件业务经验者优先； 3、具备完整的项目管理经验，熟悉项目管理全周期与流程，能够独立主导大型跨部门项目，有有备件管理系统搭建或优化经验者优先； 4、具备优秀的数据分析与解读能力，能够基于财务数据、业务数据进行决策判断； 5、具备较强的数据处理能力，熟练使用基础数据库工具，具备数据工具编程能力者优先； 6、具备高度的责任心，注重细节，具备优秀的团队协作精神与跨部门沟通能力； 7、英语可作为日常工作语言，具备优秀的英文听说读写能力。
