岗位职责 1、负责客服相关课程及课程体系的开发与讲授，能深入业务与一线，开发项目课程 2、负责根据培训效果迭代课件与培训方式 3、负责协助上级完善客服中心培训体系（培训记录、培训档案、培训考核、培训报表等一系列培训相关工作） 4、负责与各业务线对接和进行培训排期 5、根据行业情况变动及需求，主动挖掘培训需求，优化培训方式，匹配客服培训需要 岗位要求 1、本科及以上学历，有驾照与驾驶经验，汽车行业培训经验优先 2、熟练使用OFFICE，能够独立制作教案和课件，excel、ppt好优先； 3、逻辑思维能力与沟通能力强，卓越的文字和语言表达能力，较强的工作责任心 4、工作主动热情，有责任心，善于观察，有较强的自我约束及学习能力，能承受较大的工作压力 备注：面试需进行15分钟内试讲（试讲内容不限）
