1、负责焊装工艺分析与设计，包括CAS、主断面及车身数据分析，推动产品新结构新工艺研究和平台化设计； 2、编制工艺结构树/MBOM等工艺文件，负责焊装产品RPS/MCP定义策略与评审； 3、负责焊装工装全流程开发策略与工装设计评审，包括夹具、装调线辅具等；协助尺寸团队开展匹配工作； 4、负责车身工艺技术标准开发与维护、新技术验证等常规工作；

1、本科及以上学历；5年以上焊装同步工程/车身尺寸匹配工作经验，熟悉行业标准优先。 2、参与2个以上车型的焊装完整前期分析、后期产品导入匹配经验。 3、熟悉焊装产线，钢铝车身SE标准、精度匹配，具备独立解决线体前期SE问题和后期精度匹配问题的能力；能使用工艺仿真软件PDPS优先。 4、工作积极主动，具有较强的团队合作能力和抗压能力；"
