负责座舱域控制器、自动驾驶域控制器及车身域控制器等产品的软件项目全周期管理，对计划、需求、版本、测试及缺陷进行有效管控，协调各方推进项目按时保质完成，对软件交付结果负责； 对上承接整车项目一级/二级计划，制定部门各软件专业软件开发三级计划，并执行计划管理和落地； 识别软件项目开发过程中的潜在风险，并及时拉通汇报决策，确保风险得到有效识别和控制； 作为部门内部软件交付第一责任人，以软件版本按时按质交付作为目标对内实施软件项目管理； 识别项目过程卡点、痛点问题，推进软件项目工作流程持续优化改进，促进提升组织研发效能； 负责量产车型OTA需求及软件版本管理。

本科及以上学历，计算机/电子工程/软件工程等相关专业，3年以上软件项目管理经验，有大型软件公司或汽车行业背景优先； 熟悉座舱BSP、自动驾驶、域控制器等领域软件技术架构。 熟悉Agile/Scrum/Waterfall等项目管理方法，PMP认证优先； 出色的技术理解力，能与研发团队深入讨论方案并推动决策； 有智能座舱、自动驾驶量产项目经验，熟悉ASPICE、ISO 26262等车规标准为佳； 良好的沟通和协调能力，可独立解决问题，有较强的抗压和总结汇报能力。
