1、根据自动驾驶功能产品目标，负责自动驾驶行车功能的测试项目展开，包括测试计划、目标、组织、实施、管控以及报告等； 2、负责自动驾驶行车功能的测试策略制定，并据此提出详细的测试方案； 3、负责自动驾驶行车功能的测试场景库建立以及维护，能够根据实测数据以及功能开发需求，以用户场景需求为目标，对场景库进行动态迭代更新； 4、负责自动驾驶行车功能的性能迭代，能从量产角度进行功能/性能指标设计，并在实际项目中进行指标测试以及达成度评价，对系统进行综合性风险评估，出具评估报告； 5、负责自动驾驶行车功能的测试标准以及测试流程建立，以优化测试流程、提升测试效率； 6、负责自动驾驶行车测试项目管控，包括数据管理，测试组织实施，数据采集以及测试评价培训，以及数据/问题闭环跟踪。

1、本科及以上学历，车辆工程、机械、机电、通讯、自动化等相关专业优先； 2、1年及以上的自动驾驶Tier1、主机厂自动驾驶开发或测试工作经验； 3、熟悉整车架构，熟悉车辆底盘结构，对整车电子电器熟悉并有相关经验； 4、熟悉常规的测试工具，能够利用工具采集如CAN/LIN/Ethernet等信号数据； 5、思路清晰，具备良好的团队沟通能力、协作精神，有良好的产品以及用户价值sense； 6、拥有C1或以上驾照，具备良好的安全驾驶意识和熟练的驾驶技能； 7、熟悉基本linux系统操作指令； 加分项：有L4从业经验以及自动驾驶自研体系经验者优先；具备良好的自动驾驶架构以及理论基础优先，熟悉常见的自动驾驶传感器优先；
