职位描述 1. 交付运营与系统迭代支持 协助对接并跟进DIC（交付信息中心）的开发与优化进度。收集并整理欧洲各国运营团队的交付需求，撰写交付运营相关文档，跟进因流程变化导致的系统信息更新、功能迭代及修复，并参与后续的系统对接与验收测试。 2. 物流运营与清关管理 协调小鹏汽车在欧洲的物流团队跟进各个国家的交付需求，协助管理跟进车辆清关流程与进口手续，确保各节点顺畅衔接。 3. 排产对接与跨部门协同 对接总台的车辆排产计划，与欧洲本地物流团队保持紧密沟通。与国家端采购、制造、财务等内部团队协作，为小鹏汽车在欧洲市场的准时交付（OTD）提供充分支持。 4. 交付运营类数据分析支持 根据每个月的交付数据做相关的数据整理及基础的分析，同时协助处理交付运营及体验类的相关文档整理及输出。

职位要求 1. 学历与专业背景：统招本科及以上学历，能熟练运用基础办公软件 2. 语言能力：英语可作为日常工作语言（具备优秀的听说读写能力）， 3. 具备出色的跨部门沟通协调能力，逻辑思维清晰，工作细致负责，对新能源汽车行业充满热情。
