1、策划KD车型质量问题快速解决、改进速度快速提升的管控方案，对相关质量问题的整体管控及改进推动，确保各阶段质量指标的达成； 2、定期对质量问题现状进行问题盘点和数据分析，测算改进速度、分析阻碍改进速度提升的原因、识别重点影响环节和风险点、提取管控方案； 3、定期组织DRE、SQE、制造部门等责任方，对各项质量问题进滚动评审，协调资源促进质量问题改进； 4、根据定期对质量问题现状数据的分析统计； 5、组织协调TOP问题临时对策的整合指定、评审、台账管理，以及实车效果确认记录； 6、组织主持品熟日会/周会，领域组长会，专项问题推进会等； 7、定期对后道工序、市场质量反馈问题推动责任部门问题对策、原因分析；

1、工作经验：3年以上主机厂整车品质工作、KD品质工作经验 2、教育水平：本科或同等以上学历，汽车或自动化、电气相关专业优先 3、英语水平：英语六级或同等能力，可以阅读和书写日常工作用英语资料，具备流利英语交流能力 4、熟练应用办公室软件及设计软件优先
