The posting

岗位核心职责： 1、车型项目第一负责人，负责自动驾驶和智能座舱软硬件交付轴全过程管理，制定及维护交付目标、计划、风险，跟踪、推进及反馈执行状态，确保项目高效有序可控，达成节点目标； 2、统筹协调部门内外部资源，建立并维护项目各干系人之间的有效沟通机制，确保跨团队协同顺畅； 3、负责项目全周期风险管理，对关键风险点进行预判、预警及管控，推动重大技术/质量问题闭环解决； 4、组织项目阶段性总结与复盘，驱动团队识别过程改进机会，持续优化管理流程与协作效率。

自动驾驶方向： 1、推进自动驾驶相关硬件设计和评估，审核开发过程的相关文档，解决技术和质量问题，确保零部件满足自动驾驶功能需求； 2、推进自动驾驶系统方案设计和评估，支持VLA模型和数据的开发和交付，负责自驾系统功能集成和测试问题处理，推进智能驾驶系统集成工作落地； 3、紧扣整车开发流程，协调部门内/外资源，推进相关零部件和智能驾驶集成开发，把控项目节点； 4、编写和评审各项开发流程所需技术文档，把控零部件及智能驾驶系统功能质量。

智能座舱方向： 1、负责对应适配车型项目的智能座舱功能全过程管理，对风险点有预判及把控，保证项目目标达成； 2、负责项目资源组织与协调，确保项目中各干系人协同工作，建设项目有效沟通机制； 3、负责制定项目计划，并跟踪、推进和反馈和维护，确保项目执行高效有序可控； 4、负责项目的风险管理，推动关键问题的闭环解决； 5、组织重要项目的项目总结或团队阶段性工作总结，驱动团队进行有效的过程改进。

1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，机械工程、电子电气自动化、机械电子、计算机等相关专业； 2、工作经验：5年及以上国内知名整车厂或知名零部件/科技企业相关的系统研发或项目管理工作经验； 3、专业能力：熟悉整车开发全流程，精通项目管理知识体系，具备全面的技术理解能力与优秀的文档规范编写能力； 4、项目成果：有完整的车型项目或复杂软硬件集成项目的成功交付经验，具备项目负责人或子模块牵头人经历者优先； 5、综合素质：具备出色的职业素养与全局视野，突出的跨团队推动能力和复杂问题解决能力，富有责任心与进取心。
