1、负责智能座舱的功能交付的全过程管理，对风险点有预判及把控，保证项目目标达成; 2、负责制定功能开发计划，协同关联角色做好需求定义、功能规范编制，并跟踪、推进软硬件按计划开发，确保执行高效有序可控; 3、负责功能开发过程中的问题解决推进，跟进测试计划及方案整改的落地，确保功能按照项目节点要求上线； 4、负责项目资源组织与协调，确保项目中各干系人协同工作，建设项目有效沟通机制; 5、紧扣整车开发流程，协助专业经理推进重要功能在整车项目开发中的相关工作，组织重要项目的项目总结或团队阶段性工作总结，驱动团队进行有效的过程改进。

以下为基本条件： 1、本科及以上学历，熟悉智能软硬件项目领域相关工作经验优先。计算机、人工智能、机器人、自动驾驶、汽车电子、机械电子等相关专业优先，； 2、具备强烈的进取心和自驱力、富有激情; 3、具备良好的沟通能力和组织能力，良好团队合作精神; 4、很强的跨团队协作能力，推动能力和出色的执行力。

以下为加分项： 1、有互联网背景，对产品定义、用户体验有较强认知 2、完整车型相关项目负责人经历，熟悉智能驾驶、智能座舱产品等软件过程 3、熟悉android软件开发，或算法模型训练等相关领域。熟悉或参与过自动驾驶相关开发或项目经验、 4、英语流利。
