负责机器人中心管理体系建设与运营统筹，推动流程标准化、数字化工具落地及跨部门高效协同，保障各条链路工作高质量、卓越交付。 1. 管理体系建设：搭建并持续优化机器人中心各项工作管理流程，建立各项工作健康度监控机制，支持机器人业务顺利开展。 2. 运营统筹与资源管理：主导中心运营检核与质量闭环（PDCA），协同公司质量运营体系落地执行；统筹年度预算编制与执行监控，制定资产管理规范，负责算力、AI Coding 等核心资源的规划分配与效能管理。 3. 知识产权与标准管理：统筹专利、软著等知识产权的布局规划、申报推进与日常维护，协助技术标准文档的体系化整理与归档，支撑中心技术资产沉淀。 4. 数字化与信息化推进：推动项目管理工具（XA、飞书项目等）在中心内的深度落地与持续优化，参与业务管理系统的需求梳理、方案设计与上线推广，提升管理数字化水平。 5. 跨部门协同与流程推动：对接财务、法务、IT 等职能部门，协调多方资源推动制度流程落地执行，打通跨团队协作堵点，保障信息流转与决策效率。

1. 本科及以上学历，3 年以上项目管理 / PMO 实战经验，熟悉主流项目管理方法论（持 PMP 证书或具备敏捷实践经验者优先）； 2. 具备出色的流程设计与文档撰写能力，熟练使用主流办公及协作工具，有信息化系统（如项目管理平台、低代码平台）落地实施经验优先； 3. 具有机器人 / 智能制造 / 硬件研发行业背景者优先，熟悉 IPD、CMMI、ISO 等研发管理体系者优先； 4. 较强的逻辑分析与数据洞察能力，有 BI 工具（如飞书多维表格、Power BI 等）使用经验者优先； 5. 优秀的沟通协调能力与推动力，能在矩阵式组织中高效推进跨部门事项。
