职位描述： 1、承接产品开发需求和计划，制定机器人整机机械架构方案(头颈/躯干/手臂/腿足)，并编制系统工况及标准，指引相关专业完成相应方案开发和推进； 2、承接整机轻量化、尺寸、运动性能指标定义，并分解给关节模组、结构件、电器件等相关专业； 3、与运动控制、嵌入式团队以及电子电气团队紧密协作，确保机械设计与运动算法、传感器系统、控制电路等模块的无缝集成； 4、熟悉机器人仿真、测试相关标准和方法、指引相关专业完成多体动力学、有限元分析（FEA)等仿真工具，测试和验证设计的机械系统性能，优化结构强度、热性能和耐久性； 5、与试制、试验团队配合，牵头完成机械耦合性问题排查和解决、主导量产工艺优化； 6、行业竞品信息及前沿技术跟踪，并制定相应技术规划和预研。

职位要求： 1、机械工程、机电工程、自动化、机器人等相关领域的本科或硕士学位； 2、5年以上机械系统设计经验，尤其是在人型机器人、自动化设备、或复杂机电一体化系统领域； 3、精通CAD软件进行3D建模与复杂机械系统设计； 4、熟悉嵌入式系统、运动控制算法原理，能够与控制算法团队共同优化机器人运动； 5、具备扎实的电子电气系统集成经验，熟悉电动执行器、传感器与控制电路的工作原理与集成方法； 6、熟悉有限元分析（FEA）工具，用于机械系统的应力、热性能和动态仿真； 7、能够快速解决设计和集成过程中的问题，具有强大的分析和跨学科思维能力。

优先条件： 1、有参与过人型机器人、自动化设备或类人系统的全流程开发经验； 2、熟悉新材料应用，尤其是在多材料设计中的应用，能为机器人设计提供创新的解决方案； 3、对运动控制算法和嵌入式一定了解，能够将复杂的机械系统与运动控制模块无缝结合。
