1、了解自动驾驶的行车/泊车/AEB等功能的实车测试，包括不限于NOA、LCC、APA、AEB 、TSR等测试； 2、负责自研智驾方案的整车测试计划、测试方案、测试项目管理、测试资源评估和实车测试； 3、根据产品定义和功能规范，设计覆盖功能、性能、安全及复杂场景的综合性测试用例与方案，主导包括但不限于风险识别与对策、人机交互（HMI）、安全区域设置等关键特性的测试；

1、本科及以上学历，车辆、机械、计算机、自动化等相关专业； 2、了解摄像头、毫米波雷达、激光雷达基本原理，熟悉相关工具使用，具备较强地数据处理与分析能力； 3、熟悉L2强标/EuroNCAP/CNCAP等法规标准； 4、拥有C1或以上驾照，具备良好的安全驾驶意识和熟练的驾驶技能； 5、具备一定的英语听说读写能力。
