The posting

岗位职责 1、 负责具身智能多模态数据的自动化质检、清洗与标注策略设计，结合大语言模型（LLM）、多模态大模型（VLM）及规则引擎，构建高吞吐、可扩展的数据处理Pipeline。 2、主导数据质检闭环体系建设，包括质检指标定义、异常数据归因分析、自动化评测框架搭建及模型迭代反馈机制，持续反哺训练数据质量与模型泛化能力。 3、与算法研发、数据工程、机器人控制等团队深度协同，推动“数据-模型-仿真-实机”全链路迭代闭环落地。 4、跟踪具身智能数据前沿技术，探索主动学习、合成数据生成、人机协同标注等新范式，并负责核心模块的工程化部署与性能优化。

1、 学历与经验：计算机科学、人工智能、自动化、机器人或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备相关算法/数据工程实践经验。 2、核心技术栈： - 深入理解自动驾驶或机器人领域的数据质检体系与数据闭环方法论； - 熟练掌握大模型微调技术（如SFT、LoRA/QLoRA、DPO/RLHF等），具备基于LLM/VLM构建自动化质检、评估或标注模型的实际经验； - 熟悉主流深度学习框架（PyTorch等）及大模型生态工具链，了解向量检索、Agent工作流等数据应用架构。 3、工程能力： - 精通 Python/C++，具备扎实的编程功底与良好的代码规范，熟悉分布式数据处理、流水线架构设计； - 具备较强的系统设计与工程落地能力，能独立完成从算法原型到生产级服务的开发与部署。 4、综合素质：逻辑严谨、数据敏感度高，具备优秀的跨团队协作与项目管理意识；对具身智能与机器人技术有强烈热情，能快速学习并掌握新技术。

加分项 - 在 CVPR/ICCV/NeurIPS/ICRA/IROS 等顶级会议或期刊以第一作者发表过相关论文； - 具备大规模第一人称视角（Egocentric）多模态数据集的处理、评测或标注体系搭建经验； - 熟悉机器人软件栈（ROS/ROS2）及主流仿真平台（NVIDIA Isaac Sim/Omniverse、MuJoCo、PyBullet等），有 Sim2Real 实践经验优先； - 熟悉主流机器人本体架构、传感器配置或底层控制逻辑，具备软硬件协同调试经验； - 有高质量开源项目贡献、技术博客或社区影响力者优先。
