1、结合小鹏汽车海外区域业务的发展需求，协调国内重大品牌活动时间表，梳理国际企业传播的脉络与资源，制定企业品牌的全球传播战略规划； 2、通过策划海外创意campaign、公关及媒体活动，整合行业内外资源，为各项目提供文案策划，提升小鹏汽车的国际品牌形象； 3、对接小鹏汽车海外市场和合作伙伴的营销及传播团队，支持并指导区域市场的营销与传播工作，包括但不限于：上市campaign策划、国内外协同执行、汇报，以及相关新闻稿件和传播物料的输出； 4、站在区域视角，协助总部与海外各区域的信息传递，促进项目沟通，支持各子公司和区域的媒体及公关活动。

1、至少5年以上企业传播、公关或媒体相关经验，有汽车行业背景者、为公司发言人撰稿经历优先； 2、出色的中英文写作和沟通能力，具备撰写专业稿件和演讲稿的能力； 3、熟悉传统媒体和社交媒体的运作，能够敏锐捕捉新媒体趋势； 4、优秀的团队协作及跨部门沟通能力，能够在高强度工作环境中高效应对复杂任务； 5、具备良好的危机管理经验和应急处理能力。
