1. 负责底盘悬置系统的开发，包括解耦率、隔振率、动静刚度、设计边界，供应商开发，把控开发进度及风险等。负责编制悬置系统技术文件，包括技术条件、制动标定验收规范及试验标准、DVP、DFMEA等技术文件等。负责项目中悬置系统问题的解决。 2. 负责底盘衬套类零件开发，包括底盘衬套（含液压衬套）可行性分析、空间布置、空间校核、性能分析等工作。配合VD性能调试及NVH验证，优化衬套设计结构，平衡底盘性能和NVH需求；负责衬套零部件试制、试验、装车、生产和售后的跟踪配合及各类问题分析解決。负责衬套零部件设变、开发周期、工艺方案校核、量产工业化以及质量管控等；负责衬套新技术发展趋势分析与竞品车型对标工作。

1. 硕士及以上学历，机械设计、车辆工程、橡胶材料等相关专业； 2. 熟悉机械原理、流体力学、机械设计/制造、材料力学、工程材料、工程制图、橡胶特性等基础知识； 3. 熟练应用主流三维设计软件和CAE分析软件； 4. 大学英语六级，听说读写优异者优先。
