1.工作经验：有3年及以上的漆面修复技术及经验； 2.缺陷识别：能够准确识别各种油漆缺陷，例如：残胶、颗粒，流挂，橘皮，缩孔，纤维等缺陷； 3.缺陷返修：能够根据缺陷的类型、严重程度和所在位置，制定最有效的修复方案。例如是选择局部抛光、小范围修补，还是需要大面积打磨后重新喷涂。在修补过程中熟练掌握工具及设备的使用，例如（工具：抛光机，打磨机，吹尘枪；设备：烤灯，热风枪）;
