1. 负责XYZ多执行器车辆协同控制的底盘域控算法的需求分析，算法开发及软件集成； 2. 负责上游需求评审，变更评审，组内开发人员输出物审核，负责把关软件开发过程输出物质量； 3. 负责跟踪开发过程中的问题，进行分析并制定合理解决方案，支持实车软件调试包括高、低附以及冬季标定； 4. 综合考虑硬件平台特性、性能需求等多方面因素，制定合理的软件架构方案，确保软件架构满足功能需求且具有可靠性与可扩展性。

1. 车辆工程、控制工程、电子信息工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历； 2. 具备车辆动态控制VDC或动力底盘系统控制VMC等车辆动力学控制算法开发经验，主导过2个以上量产项目开发； 3. 具备扎实的控制理论及车辆动力学理论基础； 4. 精通使用主流软件开发工具； 5. 熟 悉基于模型的软件开发流程，熟悉AUTOSAR相关标准规范； 6. 符合V模型的开发方式，能够完成软件从需求到验证所有环节的需求管理和验证工作； 7. 优秀的沟通和协作能力； 8. 具备AI意识，且熟练使用AI工具者优先。
