1、参与自研无线充电系统、ACDC充电模块等电源软件需求分析、架构设计、编码实现及单元测试； 2、参与系统方案论证，参与制定电源控制算法和通信协议，并协助完成MBD模型开发； 3、协同硬件团队完成电源产品的调试测试，优化软件性能，解决开发过程中的技术问题，确保系统稳定性； 4、参与外采车载充电机（OBC）供应商的技术评审，包括方案评估、样品测试验证； 5、编写软件设计文档、测试报告及用户操作手册等技术文档。

1、本科及以上学历，电气工程、自动化、电力电子、电子信息等相关专业； 2、具有车载充电机、无线充电、并网逆变器等至少一种电源产品量产开发经验； 3、掌握多种电力电子拓扑基本原理，精通电源控制算法和经典控制理论； 4、熟练掌握仿真软件，能搭建功率控制仿真模型进行方案仿真与代码验证； 5、具备较强的分析与解决问题的能力，良好的持续学习与团队合作能力，有一定抗压能力。
