1. 市场与用户洞察 跟踪全球具身智能、机器人 AI 行业趋势、竞品动态和落地案例；通过用户调研、运营数据分析精准把握需求与痛点；为产品方向提供研究支持和决策依据。 2. 产品规划与定义 负责机器人核心能力的定义和演进，覆盖导航、动作、操作、安全等关键域。负责产品 Roadmap 与 PRD 输出，把"模型能力 + 工程实现 + 用户体验"翻译成可验收的指标。 3. 跨团队协同 作为产品 owner，协同研发、算法、项目、集成、设计、质量、法规、市场及销售等团队，对产品按时、高质量交付负责。 4. 产品落地与迭代 通过验收测试、用户调研、运营数据分析，驱动产品功能和体验的持续优化。

1. 学历：本科及以上，计算机 / 软件工程 / 自动化 / 机器人 / 车辆工程 / 电子工程等相关专业。 2. 经验：3 年以上智能硬件 / AI 产品经验，有完整 0-1 项目或量产落地经验者优先。 3. 产品基本功：能写出精炼可验收的 PRD；能定义清晰的产品指标；能把算法 / 工程语言翻译成产品决策。 4. AI 素养：熟练使用主流 AI 工具（Claude、Codex 等大模型产品），理解其能力边界；熟悉 AI Agent / VLA 模型基本原理者优先。 5. 数据能力：熟悉数据管线和数据分析工具；能从数据里发现问题、提出假设、验证结论。 6. 协作能力：能在多方诉求中找平衡；能推动跨部门协作。
